GETTING STARTED
Even if it's your first time Geocaching, it won't take you much time at all to get started.
Below you will find a few a helpful guide to start your hunt.
Step 1. Download the geocaching app
On the free Geocaching app, you'll be able to make an account and see all sixteen caches in the series on the map. The app serves as your GPS device. There's nothing you need to buy to complete the Thomasville History Geocaching Series!
Step 2. Make a plan
Choose a few of the geocaches in the series or try to find all sixteen.
If you're setting out to find all fifteen geocaches in the series, the guide below will allow you to find the entire series along a 7.2 mile route (about 25 minute by car). You can also use the map to plan a walk in Downtown Thomasville to find the majority of the geocaches within walking distance. However you choose to conquer the series, you're sure to have a great time exploring Thomasville and its history!

Step 3. Get Out there!
It's that simple. Load up the car, grab the bikes, or lace up your shoes. Bring a pen, your best searching skills, and enjoy the series. Don't forget to post comments and pictures along the way via the Geocaching.com app or website. Have fun!
